Project: Branding and packaging design for a Mexican-inspired dessert business
Role: Creative direction, design
Deliverables: Brand Identity & Packaging Design

Challenge: The client, a start-up business specializing in unique and innovative desserts with a Mexican twist, needed a branding and packaging design that would communicate their creative and playful approach to dessert-making. They also needed a design that would stand out in the competitive dessert market and appeal to a wide range of customers.
Approach: I started by analyzing the client's target audience and researching the competitive market. I developed a branding strategy that emphasized the client's focus on creating desserts that blended traditional Mexican flavors and ingredients with modern techniques and presentation.
For the branding and packaging designs, I incorporated a vibrant color palette inspired by the colorful culture of Mexico, using reds, blues, pinks, and greens. I also incorporated custom illustrations of Mexican motifs such as gelatina, flan, choco flan, and churro cheesecakes, to convey the fun and playful nature of the brand.
Outcome: The client was thrilled with the final designs, which successfully communicated their unique approach to dessert-making and helped them stand out in the crowded dessert market. The packaging designs received positive feedback from customers. The brand identity has become a key asset for the client's marketing efforts, driving increased customer engagement and sales.
